Robert C. Day
- President, has been in the Construction development Industry
primarily in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex since 1978. The company
integrates feasibility studies, site development, design and engineering
through turn-key construction on new development projects. On
existing projects we integrate feasibility studies, building acquisition,
design and engineering through renovation. The diversity of projects
include manufacturing and production plants, office/warehouses,
office/showrooms, distribution centers, hotels, campus office
complexes, medical facilities and mid-rise buildings. Many projects
involve complex scheduling and construction such as medical, communications,
food processing, data processing, high-piled and in-rack storage,
hazardous containment, explosion rooms, sterile environments and
abatement.
Mr. Day has extensive experience working
with local, state and federal officials on environmental issues,
zoning requirements and permit process through Certificate of
Occupancy. He has working relationships with banks, lending institutions,
corporate executives and the real estate community. The Company
has been involved in over 10 million square feet of commercial
projects.
Todd Manners
- Construction Manager over construction activities
in the Southern & Eastern regions. Mr. Manners brings
project and field management experience with great people skills
to his assigned tasks. He is a Dallas native, married with
three children and resides in Garland.
Rusty Long -
Construction Manager at Codel, is responsible for all construction
activities for the Northern and Western regions. Mr. Long
brings over 20 years experience in all phases of construction.
He is married with two children.
Kevin Malooly
- Field Manager in charge of special projects. Mr. Malooly
is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BS in EADP/Engineering
Technology. His background is in manufacturing facility construction,
tilt wall, clean rooms and high end finish-out. He is married
with a new baby on the way, has two children and resides in Carrollton.
Bev Roberts - Office Manager
is responsible for the accounting and the inner workings of the office. Ms. Roberts graduated with a degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and is enjoying the opportunity to apply her work experience in the management of the daily operations at CoDel.
